For the past ten years, MEP Solutions has helped homeowners, builders, and design teams in Miami, FL, turn ideas into buildable drawings. Most projects begin with construction drawings, and from there we develop renovation plans, home addition plans, and full new construction sets ready for permit submission. On the engineering side, we prepare mechanical plans design that covers HVAC duct layout, Manual J and Manual D load calculations, and ventilation for everything from bedrooms to commercial kitchen exhaust. Our plumbing plans design work includes water supply layouts, drain, waste, and vent systems, gas piping, and isometric drawings.
